'I Hated Losing Last Year' - Jess Lockwood
Jess Lockwood became the youngest world champion in PBR history when he took home the coveted title in 2017, but 2018 didn't yield the same result. Quite frankly, Lockwood "hated it" and it's what drives him to turn it around for 2019. After winning the first event on the Unleash The Beast Tour in New York City, and coming back to win the first round in Chicago, you could say it's working.

Could Jess Lockwood Be Headed For A Second PBR World Title?
There’s a feeling of déjà vu in the air after Jess Lockwood walked away with the Monster Energy Buckoff At The Garden title this past weekend. You see, he walked away with that very same title in 2017 while on route to becoming the youngest PBR world champion in history. An off year defending his title in 2018 wasn’t what fans–or Lockwood–wanted to see, but it could have just been the fire he needed to get back on top – which he certainly accomplished in New York City. “I decided I wanted to show up and ride bulls again,” said Lockwood during the broadcast when asked what the difference was between his riding in 2018 and 2019. Lockwood left the famous Madison Square Garden arena with two round wins – including a 91.75 point score in the Championship round that was the highest of the weekend – the overall title and enough points to move to the No. 1 position in the PBR World Standings. We know we’ve only seen one event on the Unleash The Beast tour, but we can’t help but ask ourselves: could this be the year Lockwood gets his second world title?
Outlaw Nation's CEO Is Back: Watch Chase Outlaw In NYC
After an injury at the 2018 Cheyenne Frontier Days PBR that sent Chase Outlaw into a 12-hour surgery in what his doctor said was the “worst facial reconstruction he’d ever seen”, it’s good to see the Arkansas cowboy back to his winning ways. Thirty-fractures, 68 screws, 11 plates, four pieces of surgical mesh, and two surgeries later, the Outlaw is back and has already earned a round win and sixth place at the Monster Energy Buckoff At The Garden in NYC. One of the rides that got him to the No. 6 spot was aboard Kimes Jeans Church Bells from the Wallgren and Hale Bull Co.. The pair earned a 87.25 point score to split the victory in round three in NYC.
