Congratulations To The 2018 CPRA Award Winners

Many will say the award that they are proudest to receive is one that's voted on by your peers. That is exactly the case when the CPRA announces their awards each and every year, with the cowboy's and cowgirl's faithful four-legged athletes getting a nod from their fellow competitors and the contact personnel not only receiving an award, but also a job offer for the Canadian Finals Rodeo.

Congratulations to the 2018 CPRA Award Winners:

Announcer Of The Year: Brett Gardiner

Comedy Act Of The Year: Dennis Halstead

CFR Pick-Up Men: Gary Rempel and Jason Resch

CFR Timers: Maxine Baird and Brenda Vold

We caught that "dream team" of bullfighters doing their thing at the Armstrong IPE and Stampede earlier this year:

Monea And Waye Bullfight In Armstrong

Eight animal and an overall stock contractor of the year awards are also handed out each year and, looking at the videos we have on file for these incredible animal-athletes, it's no wonder they were chosen to receive them.
