Harry Vold, known as the "Duke Of The Chutes," passed away at age 93 on Monday morning.

'Duke Of The Chutes' Harry Vold Passes Away
Harry Vold, known as the "Duke Of The Chutes," passed away at age 93 on Monday morning. A Ponoka, Alberta, native, Vold is one of only two stock contractors to supply stock at every National Finals Rodeo. The Harry Vold Rodeo Company, now based in southern Colorado, produces rodeos in seven states annually and also provides bucking stock for over 100 rodeo performances each year. 

A memorial service will take place at 1 PM MT on Monday, March 20, at the ProRodeo Hall of Fame in Colorado Springs, CO.
