Madison Outhier, qualifier from the 12-16 age group, took the time to share her experience with the JrNFR. She qualified last year for the first annual JrNFR barrel race. Her and her horse, RAZ, qualified again this year 4th with a 15.111.

Madison said, "RAZ is family trained, so it was extra special to do so well on him."

The JrNFR payed out over $47,000 with over $40,000 in prizes.

Madison mentioned what a great turnout the first JrNFR was and why she is so excited to be returning for a second year in a row.

My experience at the JrNFR last year, was the most exciting week of my life. It was very well organized, they make you feel like you're competing in the actual NFR by getting us to sign autographs and be introduced in ceremonies, which was SO much fun!
Madison will be back for redemption this year from having a little tough luck last year.

"Unfortunately, I hit a barrel in the long-go last year, so I can't wait to do better this year and have another amazing experience at this amazing event."

Congratulations to all of the qualifiers this year from Bryan, and the best of luck in LAS VEGAS!!
