What To Watch At 2017 Red River Chute Out
The sixth annual UBBI Red River Chute Out is set to kick off Friday night with the Derby and Classic division bulls going up against the riders from the Rank Bull Rider Tour.

The Red River Chute Out has quickly become one of the hottest events during the UBBI season, and you can watch LIVE on FloRodeo, starting at 7:30 PM CT on Friday. The event continues at 9 AM on Saturday with the Youth futurity, followed by the open futurity.

Here is what is in store for in each division this year:

UBBI Classic Division

324A and 89 will both be looking for good outs to increase their lead over the field, especially with 9A and 310 not entered at the Red River Chute Out this weekend.

UBBI Derby Division

UTC411 and B135 have a commanding lead over the rest of the pack in the Derby division, and they are looking to increase their lead even more this weekend. UTC411/How Bout It has been hot in the 2017 season. He got the win in December and February in Mineral Wells, Texas, and took fourth at the Boston Porter Memorial in March. The two bulls seem to be battling it out in the Derby division. Big Red got the win at the Rock N Roll event in January. A month later at the Rock N Roll event, How Bout It only beat Big Red out for the No. 1 spot by one point. Will one of these two bulls will claim the top honors at the Red River Chute Out, or will another bull knock them both off of their throne?

UBBI Open Futurity

The futurity division is the closest division, with less than $1,000 splitting the top five bulls. With only two of the top five bulls being entered at the Red River Chute out, they will be looking to make the most of their outs. Lava Hound will be looking for a win to increase his lead over the pack, and Power Play will be looking to make up ground and overtake Lava Hound for the No. 1 position.

UBBI Youth Futurity

Youth members entering bulls into a UBBI-sanctioned Youth Futurity must be between the ages of 9 and 18 years old and in good standing with the UBBI. The 2017 youth season is off to an exciting start with some new kids making a wave in the standings. There are several returning youth participants looking for their chance to win the championship. The top five in the youth standings are entered at the Red River Chute out, so we can expect it to be some tough competition as each is looking to take the lead in the standings.

Here is a complete look at the entries for for this weekend:
