Kay Layne has always had a unique sense of style and a creative mind. And now, the rodeo fashion world is starting to take notice.

While it's been nearly two years since Layne started her custom leather goods business, Leather and Vodka, at the time she was simply wanting to create her own one-of-a-kind purses to wear. It was only when a friend saw her first bag and bought it from Layne that she noticed a wave of interest for her stunning designs.

"She put it on social media, and it exploded," Layne said.

Since then, Layne has turned her attention to fulfilling that demand, and her business has certainly made a splash on the rodeo fashion scene. We caught up with her this week at Antique Week in Warrenton, Texas, where she shared some of her new designs and her plans for this year. Be sure to check out Leather and Vodka and tell them FloRodeo sent you.
