Who Will Win the Ram Top Gun Award?
For the past six years, the Ram Top Gun award has been one of the most sought-after honors by all competitors at the WNFR -- and not just because of its lucrative prizes. The Ram Top Gun is in a unique position as the only award that pits cowboys and cowgirls from all events against each other for the award.

The award goes to the highest money winner during the WNFR and includes a new Dodge Ram 3500 Heavy Duty Longhorn Laramie truck, a special Montana Silversmiths custom buckle, and a Ram Truck Top Gun-branded gun from Commemorative Firearms.

The past Top Gun Award winners have included:
2015: Steven Peebles, BB, $230,000 and the Bareback world title
2014: Sage Kimzey, BR, $175,466 first rookie to win the award; broke bull riding Wrangler NFR earnings record
2013: Sherry Cervi, GB, $155,899 broke two records en route to her fourth gold buckle and third average title
2012:  Mary Walker, GB, $146,941 won gold buckle and RAM Truck Top Gun at her first Wrangler NFR -- at age 53
2011: Kaycee Feild, BB, $179,327 won both average title and world championship
