International Finals Youth Rodeo By The Numbers
The 2017 edition of the International Finals Youth Rodeo (IFYR) is celebrating 25 years of superb youth rodeo in Shawnee, Oklahoma. The IFYR will kick off on Sunday, July 9, and go through Friday, July 14. Over the years, many great competitors have made their mark in the history books at the IFYR and many records have been set.

Number of times Isac Diaz won the saddle bronc riding at the IFYR -- he is also second for highest marked ride with an 82 and second for total average points with 235 points on three head.


Year Rodee Walraven and Beau Marshall set a new record in the average in the team roping, 16.3 seconds on three head.


Fastest time on three barrel runs, set by by Janae Ward in 2000.


Number of consecutive go around wins for Ali Armstrong in the barrel racing.


Fastest time on three calves in the breakaway roping, set by Samantha Little in 2012 and matched by Blair Bullock in 2015.
